Heavy equipment maintenance software

When a loader needs attention, someone has to find the fault, check the parts and arrange the repair. Talpeye helps your team do that from the same plan, using machine readings, stock and technician schedules.

How it works

01

Check what changed

Compare the sensor readings with past repairs and the operator’s notes. Check whether the machine is working harder than usual before deciding what to inspect.

02

Find the parts and the technician

Check which parts fit, where they are and when they can arrive. Find a qualified technician and a time when the machine can stop.

03

Approve the repair

Review the job and the readings that led to it. Change the plan if needed, then approve it for your CMMS through the connection agreed for the pilot.

What we need to get started.

Equipment records

Asset identity, component information, service history and the failure modes selected for the pilot.

Operating information

Available telemetry, utilisation and the periods when equipment can be released for maintenance.

Repair resources

Parts compatibility and availability, technician skills, workshop or field-service capacity.

What to measure in a pilot.

Start with one type of equipment. Compare how repairs are planned today with the plans Talpeye suggests. Check whether each job has the parts, people and time it needs.

  • Time from warning to reviewed plan
  • Jobs delayed by missing parts or skills
  • Equipment availability during the pilot

Common questions.

Can Talpeye support mixed equipment fleets?

We review the data available for each make and model before agreeing which machines a pilot can cover. Different manufacturers use different records and telemetry systems, so those connections need to be checked.

Does the fleet need new sensors?

We use existing readings where they can help detect the faults being studied. If the data is missing or unsuitable, we identify what else the pilot needs.

Does this replace our dealer management system or CMMS?

You keep those systems. We agree which records Talpeye can read, how approved jobs are sent back and who can make changes.
