AI maintenance management software

Investigating a fault means reading sensor data, finding the manual and checking previous repairs. Talpeye’s agents help with that work and prepare a plan your team can check. You decide what they can do on their own.

How it works

01

Check the sources

Open the readings, service records and manual pages used in a recommendation. Check whether they support the suggested repair and see what information is still missing.

02

Prepare the job

Check the required parts, technician skills and available repair time. Use those details to prepare a work order the team can review.

03

Choose what happens next

Approve the work, ask for changes or keep it on hold. Agree which actions the agent can take without asking, and keep a record of the decisions and changes.

What we need to get started.

Knowledge sources

Asset manuals, maintenance history and accessible operating information with clear ownership.

Job requirements

Work priorities, resource availability, task requirements and production constraints.

Permissions

Which information may be read, which actions may be proposed and who can approve release.

What to measure in a pilot.

Try the agent on maintenance tasks your team knows well. Check its sources, how much the suggested work needs correcting and whether it follows the permissions you set.

  • Recommendations supported by relevant sources
  • Proposals needing correction before approval
  • Actions consistent with the agreed permissions

Common questions.

Does autonomous maintenance mean the same thing as AI maintenance agents?

In TPM, autonomous maintenance means routine upkeep done by machine operators. Talpeye’s agents are software that helps investigate faults and plan repairs. Your team agrees which tasks it can do and which need approval.

Can an agent approve its own maintenance plan?

The example on this site waits for operator approval. Any work you delegate to an agent needs agreed permissions; generating a plan does not give it permission to carry it out.

What happens when the evidence is incomplete?

Your team needs to see what is missing. It can ask for more readings or keep the job on hold until there is enough information to decide.
